Plunger Metering Pump

A Plunger Pump is a reciprocating type of positive displacement pump. These pumps are used at higher pressures. This pump is based on the principle of Crank and Shaft mechanism to create a reciprocating motion along an axis, which then builds vacuum in a cylinder to suck the fluid through suction NRV of the plunger pump and deliver through discharge NRV. This type of plunger pump is often used to transfer high viscous fluids.
