Plunger Metering Pump
A Plunger Pump is a reciprocating type of positive displacement pump. These pumps are used at higher pressures. This pump is based on the principle of Crank and Shaft mechanism to create a reciprocating motion along an axis, which then builds vacuum in a cylinder to suck the fluid through suction NRV of the plunger pump and deliver through discharge NRV. This type of plunger pump is often used to transfer high viscous fluids.
plungerSystem Advantages
Crank & Shaft Mechanism[Tech Link]
The pump utilizes a heavy-duty Crank and Shaft mechanism to generate reciprocating motion.
Modular Configurations
To meet diverse industrial flow requirements, this series is available in modular Simplex, Duplex, Triplex, and Quadriplex configurations, ensuring maximum operational flexibility.
Precision Lubrication
Equipped with an oil bath lubrication system, the internal components are protected against wear, ensuring a long service life even under continuous high-pressure cycles.
